These rules apply everywhere on Pepcels. Staff decisions are final, but you can always appeal in the Ban Appeals forum.
Be civil
Disagree with the argument, not the person. Personal attacks, harassment and witch-hunts are removed on sight.
No spam or self-promotion
Threads that exist only to advertise a product, referral link or another community will be deleted.
Post in the right section
Use the forum descriptions on the index as your guide. Off-topic threads get moved, not deleted.
One account per person
Alternate accounts used to evade bans or inflate reputation will all be removed.
No illegal content
Anything unlawful, including pirated material, is removed and may be reported.
Search before you ask
A quick search usually finds an existing answer, and keeps the question forums readable.
Appeals go in one place
Ban appeals belong in the Ban Appeals forum. Do not appeal in other sections.

How do I start a thread?
Pick a forum, then use the Post thread button at the top of any page.
How does reputation work?
Members can react to your posts. Each reaction adds a point of reputation to the author.
What are prefixes?
Prefixes are the coloured labels next to a thread title. They tell readers what kind of thread it is.
How do I get a custom title?
User titles are awarded by staff, or granted with an upgraded account.
