1. Agreement

By creating an account or otherwise using Pepcels, you agree to these Terms and to the community Rules, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. One account per person — alternate accounts used to evade a ban or inflate reputation will be removed, per the Rules.

Account recovery is currently limited: there is no email address on file for most accounts and no self-service "forgot password" flow. If you lose access to your account, message a staff member from another account or through the community for help — we cannot guarantee recovery.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting, you grant Pepcels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the site (including in cached, archived, or excerpted form).

You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything illegal, anything you don't have the right to share, or anything that violates the Rules (harassment, spam, doxxing, pirated material, and similar). We can remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or the Rules, at staff's discretion, without prior notice.

4. Not professional advice

Discussion in any forum — including Peptides, Fitness & Health, and Cosmetic Surgery — is user-generated content shared for informational and discussion purposes only. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and Pepcels does not verify, endorse, or vouch for any product, vendor, protocol, or claim discussed by members. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Silver and Gold are paid, recurring subscriptions billed monthly through Stripe. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal linked on the Upgrade page; your perks stay active through the end of the paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Moderation and termination

Staff may warn, mute, suspend, or ban an account for violating these Terms or the Rules. Staff decisions are final, though you may appeal in the Ban Appeals forum. You can deactivate your own account at any time from Your account — your posts and threads stay as part of the community record, the same as any other member who has left.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Pepcels is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any member's content is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepcels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
